How It Works

Our Female Football Program quickly improves athleticism of kids and teenagers while their competition (and teammates) are resting.

Our program helps women of all ages playing AFL, soccer or rugby at any level of participation maximise their enjoyment in sport by improving their speed, reducing their risk of injury, and building strength, power and endurance so that they can take it to the best. We strongly believe that this sets them up for success in the long-term.

Unlike most speed programs that strength or speed as a silo, our program provides a multifaceted approach to athletic development that is rivaled only by the AFLW program... and even then, we provide much closer supervision and guidance through having fair superior athlete to coach ratios.

The Female Football Program improves strength and power, teaches excellent running, sprinting and change of direction technique, and provides everything an athlete needs off field for success. By spending time training in the gym and on the field, we bring together the results of the hard work while minimising the risk of soft tissue injuries.
