Our Timetables are updated for winter and summer seasons (e.g. April-September & October to March). These are often small changes and are due to ground availability.
Our speed and agility sessions are at local sporting grounds, so footy boots may be required if it is raining or it has been wet for a few days prior.
All of our sessions must be booked into via the Gymmaster App and are supervised by at least 1 staff member and for most of the year we have an intern supervising as well. Thus, we have 2-3 sets of eyes on to ensure safe lifting technique occurs 100% of the time and all programs are completed as intended.
